Mindful Health offers in-person visits as well as TELEHEALTH consultations. Please choose your preferred appointment from the drop down list .

If you choose a ‘virtual’ visit, you will recieve a follow-up email with a visit summary, and any additional forms and handouts, just like you would at your live visit.

We now offer services at 2 locations. San Luis Obispo, CA and Portland, OR

Please specify which office you would like to have your appointment. Note that Portland appointments are available on Tuesday morning from 8am-1:30pm only.
